Practice
David A. Post joined Cooney, Scully and Dowling in 2003. He practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense and general civil litigation.
Professional Experience
Mr. Post has worked on a range of civil litigation matters including the defense of several Connecticut hospitals and health care professionals, the defense of various construction and premises liability claims, and the defense of the State of Connecticut defective highway, and motor vehicle claims. In addition, Mr. Post has represented the Archdiocese of Harford on a variety of cemetery and other real estate matters.
