Paul A. Croce, II practices in the area of litigation, where he has significant experience in medical malpractice and general litigation.

Professional Experience
Mr. Croce has worked in the defense of numerous medical malpractice cases, and has represented the State of Connecticut in defective highway and motor vehicle cases. He has defended uninsured/underinsured motorists insurance coverage cases and has also worked in the area of construction litigation. He has participated in litigation for one of the largest telecommunication companies in the country. Prior to joining Cooney, Scully and Dowling, Mr. Croce worked for Children and Family Services in Rhode Island and for the Memory Disorders Research Center in Boston, where he was a co-author of articles that appeared in the professional journals of Neurocase and Neuropsychology.

Professional and Civic Activities
While attending law school, Mr. Croce was the executive editor for The Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and was a member of the Health Law Interest Group and Public Interest Law Group and was the recipient of the CALI Award for Future Excellence for his participation in the Health Law Clinic.
